I am looking for information on my gg grandfather William George
SEARLES. The last information I have on him was that he was living
with his wife, Elizabeth, and son, George in Central, Knox, Nebraska
in 1880 (US Census). However, Elizabeth passed away 2 Aug 1906 at
the Nebraska Hospital for the insane in Norfolk, NE and was buried
in the Asylum Cemetery on 3 Aug 1906.
William (who often went by George) was about 20 years senior to
Elizabeth so I figure that he probably passed away prior to her, so
either at Central or in Norfolk. However, I don't have any leads
which say that is correct. He may be buried at the Asylum Cemetery,
but I don't know if that is true either...
I would appreciate any assistance anyone could provide!
