FUNERAL RITES FOR MRS. FOXHOVEN OCT. 2

Funeral services for Mrs.  Wilhelmina Foxhoven were conducted at St. Rose Catholic church Thursday morning October 2 with Rev. Bernard Westermann officiating.  Interment was in St. Rose cemetery beside her husband.   Pallbearers were six grandchildren, Elmer, Gerald, Duane and Paul Foxhoven, Jerome Kuehler and Fred Guenther.

Wilhelmina Marie Niemeyer was born March 2, 1873 at Klaasville, Ind., and died September 29, 1952 at Crofton, Nebraska at the age of 79 years, and 8 months.  As a child she moved to St. Bernard, Nebr with her parents where she grew to womanhood. She was married to Bartel Foxhoven on april 15, 1890 and to this union 10 children were born, the oldest daughter died in infancy, a son, Henry died in 1941.  Mr. Foxhoven died in January 1935.  They lived in Crofton community since March 1915. Survivors include Mrs. Mary Guenther, Mrs. George Kuehler, WM. and Anton Foxhoven all of Crofton, John and Edward Foxhoven, of Spencer, Iowa and Joe Foxhoven of Mapleton, Iowa, also 50 grandchildren and 58 great grandchildren.
