In the Matter of the Estate of
Swan J. Lindblad, Deceased,
PETITION FOR APPOINTMENT
OF ADMINISTRATOR

Comes now your petitioner, Ida Lindblad, and respectfully represents unto the said Court, that she is the widow of Swan J, Lindblad, Deceased, who departed this life intestate, on the 1st day of September, 1934 at Wausa, in said County: that said decedent died possessed of an estate consisting of both real and personal property, and that the personal property is of value of about $100.00, and as far as your petitioner has been able to ascertain, the following described real estate, to-wit:

An acreage tract of about six acres, in Section Ten, Township Twenty-nine, North, Range Two, adjoining the village of Wausa, Knox County, Nebraska, which was the family residence property of decedent, and a farm of 320 acres in Hand County, South Dakota, being the South Half of Section Thirty-five in Pleasant Valley Township, Hand County, South Dakota.

Your petitioner further shows to the Court that the names and residence of all the heirs at law of said decedent, are as follows, to-wit:

Ida Lindblad, widow, Wausa, Nebraska,
Anna Johnson, daughter, Lyons Nebraska,
Bert Lindblad, son, Wausa Nebraska,
Della Mord, daughter, Orient, South Dakota,
John Lindblad, son, Randolph, Nebraska,
Seth Lindblad, son, Oakland, Nebraska,
Gillian Greeno, daughter, Magnet, Nebraska,
Leona Fredrick, daughter, Randolph, Nebraska,
Earl Lindblad, son, Wausa, Nebraska,
Leo Fager, grand-son, minor 18 years of age, Oakland, Neb., who is the son of a deceased daughter.

Your petitioner further shows to the Court that no Last Will and Testament of said Swan J. Lindblad has been discovered, nor is your petitioner aware of the existence of any such instrument: and you petitioner believes said decedent died intestate.
