The Sukup Brothers…. Wenzel and Andrew were German Bohemian immigrants who moved to Knox County in the spring of 1874 being among the first settlers in this region. Andrew died October 25, 1935 at the age of 81 in Walnut, Knox, Nebraska. He is buried in St. Wenceslaus Cemetery in Verdigre. Wenzel died December 27, 1936 at the age of 95 in Creighton, Knox, Nebraska. He is buried in St. Ludger’s Cemetery in Creighton. Photo: Andrew on left, Wenzel on right.
