HENNINGS, JEWELL (28 Dec 2000)
HENNINGS, family history. My grandpa and grandma was married in Knox
Co. in Bloomfield, Neb. Sept. 19, 1917. Vern B. HENNINGS, and Zelma
(JEWELL) I have the marriage certificate, but it does not give any
parents names. I have the JEWELL side, but need the HENNINGS side. I
have Vern's dad as being Christian "Christ" HENNINGS b. July 9, 1848
in Germany. His father Hen HENNINGS, b. in Germany. I am trying to
find out how long Vern and Zelma lived in Neb. before they moved to
SD.? Also I heard there was a news paper list of all the Registered
men in Knox Co. Neb. I sure would like a copy of this for Vern B.
HENNINGS. I do not know if there was a news paper writing on when
they got married? I have all the children, but am trying to find
information on Vern's father. I need Christian's, brothers and
sisters how many and the names? Any information on these HENNINGS
families while living in Neb. sure would help my family history
book.

I have information on my HENNINGS family that tells me one of my
Great Uncles, Justus HENNINGS, born 1884 and died 1973 and his wife
Sophia (MESSENBRINK) lived in Crofton, NE. So I am searching in Knox
County for information on this family. I have dates and names, but I
am looking for stories to add to my family book, and copies of any
old pictures that I might be able to get for my book. Please anyone
that could help me with any family stories, I thank so much.
