THOMPSON, EDMUNDSON (17 Sep 2000)
I am looking for information about my Great-Grandfather and
Great-Grandmother. My Great-Grandfather's name was Curtis Cromwell
THOMPSON. He Died January 25, 1933 in Bloomfield, Knox Co. Nebraska.
He was born in Bedford, Taylor County, Iowa and moved to Nebraska
(Wayne County) sometime after 1903. I am not sure what year he moved
to Knox Co. He had a son, Leon Drexel THOMPSON (Feb 8, 1913 - Feb
13, 1994) who also died in Bloomfield, NE. My Great-Grandmother's
name was Mary Martha EDMUNDSON. She was born in 1884 and died in
1966. I assume she died in Bloomfield, but I cannot confirm this.
Does anyone know what happened to Mary Martha after Curtis Cromwell
died? I cannot find her in the SS Death Index. Did she remarry? I
would also like to know the cemetery in which Curtis is buried.
