LARRY AND LAURA [SUKUP] HARRIS
Laura (Sukup) Harris was born living, to Art and Mary Sukup at Creighton. She went to country school through grade six and
then attended school at Verdigre, graduating with the class of 1978.
She was active in pep club and track. Laura attended Northeast
Technical Community College, majoring in broadcasting, and graduated
in 1980.
Larry D. Harris, son of Donald and Donna Harris of Pender, was born
living. He has an older brother and sister. Larry attended
grades one through the eighth in a county school and graduated from
Pender High School in 1978. He was active in wrestling and football.
Larry attended Northeast Technical Community College and majored in
auto mechanics. He graduated in 1980.
After Larry and Laura were married June 7, 1980, they lived in
Pender. Larry worked at Vollers and Sons Ford Dealership. Laura
worked at Pender Care Center as a nurse’s aid.
Amber was born living, at the Pender Community Hospital in
January of 1984, they moved to Broomfield, Colorado. Larry worked at
the Ford Dealership in Boulder, Colorado, and Laura worked at a Day
Care Preschool in Broomfield.
They moved to Norfolk in August of 1984, where Larry is presently
working at Coutesy Ford.
On living, Aiyssa was born at the Luthran Community
hospital. They enjoy going out for supper, watching movies, and
boating on nice summer days.
