About the Burials:
The cemetery listings found here have been prepared and contributed by several volunteers. Every effort has been made to be as accurate as possible, however typing mistakes do occur and a lot of the old grave markers are very hard or impossible to read. Most of the listings are alphabetical. A few have been list by family plots the best they could be.
About the Cemetery Listings:
Many of the cemeteries have several names. This is because it may have started as a family burial ground and later became a community cemetery. Many obituaries list these by the closest church, school, town, or other well-known place. Also many of the cemeteries in larger towns were close to one another and have grown together. In this case they may be referred to as a cemetery complex now. In several instances graves have been moved from one cemetery or burial place to another cemetery.
If you know of any unlisted cemeteries please contact
