KING, KOENIG (22 Feb 2000)
George Hazelett (aka Haze or Hayes) KING was born about 1865-1878,
somewhere on the Mississippi/Missouri River system to Henry Jasper
and Josephine Kenlein (sp?) KING. The family moved to Chamberlain,
Brule Co., SD after his mother's death in Bismarck in 1878. G.H. was
a shop owner in Oacoma, Lyman Co., SD and an attorney. He was living
in Niobrara, Knox County, Nebraska about 1905 somehow estranged from
the family. Have absolutely *no* information on him during this time
and would like to receive any information that's out there. Will
gladly share information on the rest of the family, both ancestors
and descendents. (I have at least one photo of him, along with his
other three brothers.)
