KEVIN AND PHYLLIS [EFFLE] DOUGLAS

Kevin Douglas and Phyllis Effle were married October 2, 1978, at Yankton, South Dakota. They lived in Yankton until April of 1980 when they moved to Verdigre. They have two children: Tina Marie, born living, and Michelle Lynn, born living. Both were born at Creighton, Nebraska.

Kevin was born living, at Yankton, South Dakota, to Donald and Shirley Douglas. He has three brothers and one sister. Kevin is familiar with Knox County having lived in Crofton, Lindy, Niobrara, and graduating from Bloomfield High School in 1978.

Phyllis was born living at Norfolk, Nebraska, to Vernon and Wilma Effle. She has four brothers. Phyllis lived on a farm southwest of Verdigre and later moved to town. She graduated from Verdigre high School in 1978.
