LOUIS J. AND VIOLET [RUZICKA] JAROS

Louis Joseph Jaros, the son of Josef and Josephine (Hanzlik) Jaros, was born on the family farm near Verdigre, Nebraska, in April of 1918.

He attended school in Verdigre and graduated from Verdigre High School. He lived on the farm and helped his parents until he entered the armed services from 1941 to 1946.

Then he returned to Verdigre to farm the family farm, which he did until his death in June of 1979.

Louis married Violet Ruzicka in 1947, and they were the parents of three daughters: Kathryn, Bonnie, and Cynthia.

Kathy married James Ickler and they have two sons, Jeffrey and Kory. They now live on the Jaros family farm.

Bonnie of Columbus, Nebraska, married Cal Riley and they have two children: Scott and Nicole.

Cindy married Dennis Stradley and they have a son, Brandon Jaros.
